According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, Timothy V. Parker was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 12/2/2020. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Parker was released on his own recognizance to appear in Trenton Town Court on an upcoming date for the charge of Grand Larceny 3rd degree.
