According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol the structure fire that deputies responded to on Tuesday night, December 15th around 9 PM was at 7736 Rome Oriskany Road in the City of Rome. The victims of the fire have been positively identified by the Onondaga County Medical Examiners Office. The home owners, Richard C. Davis, 79, his wife, Johanna M. Davis, 79, their son, Richard C. Davis, 50 and their daughter, Tina M. Davis, 59. All four were deceased on scene and were recovered from inside the residence. Our condolences go out to the family and friends of the victims.

The Rome Fire Department along with AmCare ambulance all assisted on scene.
