Update to Kastner Arrest T/Vernon

Alexander Kastner was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 12/23/2020. Kastner was committed to the custody of the Oneida County Correctional Facility with a bail set at $2.00, to appear in Vernon Town Court on an upcoming date for the charges of Burglary in the 3rd degree and Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree.
