According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, the identity of the pedestrian who was killed on Skinner Rd. in the Town of Westmoreland on December 30, 2020 has been confirmed by the Onondaga County Medical Examiner’s Office to be Damien D. Williams, age 16 from Oneida.

The sheriff’s office is continuing its investigation into the accident at this time.
