Update to Sarki Arrest T/Westmoreland

Chandra B. Sarki was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 1/1/2021. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Sarki was released on his own recognizance to appear in Westmoreland Town Court on an upcoming date for the charges of Aggravated DWI and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
