Update to Roark Arrest T/Florence

John M. Roark was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 2/7/2021. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Roark was released on his own recognizance to appear in Florence Town Court on an upcoming date for the charges of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd, Menacing, Harassment and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
