Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol announces the arrest of one of Oneida County’s 2021 Top Ten Most Wanted. Craig A. Jackson, age 36 of Utica, NY, had been wanted since September of 2020, by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office for the charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rd Degree. After becoming aware of the recent media release of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Top Ten List, Jackson consulted with his attorney and arrangements were made with members of the Sheriff’s Office for his surrender. During the morning hours of February 9, 2021, Jackson surrendered himself at the Sheriff’s Office in Oriskany, NY and was taken into custody without incident. Jackson was later arraigned in Oneida County Court, via SKYPE, and released due to bail reform.
