Today, Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol was joined by members of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office to participate in the 10th annual “Walk a Mile in my Shoes Event.” The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office has participated in this event annually, and this year’s Virtual Edition is no different. The purpose of this one mile walk is to benefit the Rescue Mission of Utica and to “Help raise awareness of Homelessness & Hunger.” Officer Curtis Morgan was proud to present the Sheriff’s Office donation to Utica Rescue Mission’s Director of Operations, Ernie Talerico. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office is continuously honored to serve at Community Events.
