According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; On March 22, 2021 at about 06:02 PM, Deputies responded to California Road in the Town of Marshall for a reported personal injury motor vehicle accident.

Upon arrival, Deputies determined that Joshua Timian (38), of Utica, NY, was operating a black 2019 Jeep Renegade in a westerly direction on California Road. Investigation into the incident determined that Timian’s vehicle exited the north shoulder of the roadway and subsequently rolled several times before striking a tree. Timian was transported to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The incident remains under investigation and no tickets have been issued at this time.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by members of the Deansboro Fire Department, Central Oneida County Volunteer Ambulance, NYS Police and Midland Collision.
