* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 5 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Several hours of snowfall rates around a half to 1 inch per hour are likely during the overnight and early morning hours Thursday. Also, the snow will be wet and heavy, which could lead to scattered power outages and will be very difficult to shovel.
