According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, there is currently a Police and Fire presence in the area of Route 28 and Bear Creek and Woodgate Rd four corners. At this time the Sheriff's Office is investigating a two car motor vehicle accident. Motor vehicle traffic on Route 28 in that area is currently being detoured.

At this time the investigation is on going and more details will be released at a later time. The Sheriff's Office is being assisted by the New York State Police and several Fire and EMS Departments as well.
