According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Vienna man was arrested after he was involved in a physical domestic dispute which occurred in the Town of Vienna.

Deputies responded to a home in the Town of Vienna on April 16, 2021 at about 8:51 A.M. after the 911 Center received a call for physical domestic where the male had left the scene. After an investigation, Deputies determined the male, identified as Joshua Kidney (35), was involved in a physical domestic with his girlfriend, which occurred in front of an 8 year old child. Kidney was located a short time later at the Y Hill Express nearby and was taken into custody without incident. Kidney was charged with Endangering The Welfare Of A Child, a class A Misdemeanor and Harassment in the 2nd degree, a Violation. Kidney was transported to the Oneida County Jail for pre-arraignment detention, awaiting centralized arraignment.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by the New York State Police and NorthShore Ambulance.
