Update to Wynder Arrest V/Yorkville
Taicoya Wynder was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 5/5/2021. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Wynder was released on her own recognizance to appear in Yorkville Town Court on an upcoming date for the charges of Aggravated DWI with children in the vehicle (Leandra’s Law), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (x2), DWI .08% or greater and Aggravated DWI.
