Derrick Ball was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 5/5/2021. Ball was committed to the custody of the Oneida County Correctional Facility with a bail set at $1.00, to appear in Westmoreland Town Court on an upcoming date for the charge of Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree.
