According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, On May 11, 2021, at approximately 12:15 pm, The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol was called to the ER of St Elizabeth’s hospital to report a domestic dispute that occurred at 9012 Glenwood Place in the Village of Forestport. Upon further investigation into the incident, Deputies determined that 45 year old Michael A. Wahl from the Village of Boonville made physical contact with the victim during the incident by kicking and choking the victim before leaving the scene. Wahl was later located at approximately 9:37 pm in the Village of Boonville. Wahl was arrested and transported to the Law Enforcement Building where he was processed and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or bBood Circulation a Class A Misdemeanor and Harassment 2nd a violation. Wahl was held at the Oneida County Jail awaiting arraignment.
