Update to Chourb Arrest T/Kirkland

Martha L. Chourb was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 5/18/2021. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Chourb was released on her own recognizance to appear in Kirkland Town Court on an upcoming date for the charge of Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree.
