According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, an Annsville man faces multiple charges related to a domestic incident that occurred in Annsville late this morning. Cory W. Happle, 39, of Annsville faces charges of Menacing in the third degree a Class B misdemeanor, and Harassment in the second degree, a violation. It is alleged that Happle struck the victim with a coat hanger and placed the victim in fear of further physical injury. Happle was arrested and transported to the LEB in Whitestown where he was booked on those charges and is awaiting arraignment at Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Proceedings Court.
