Update to Stevens Arrest T/Whitestown

Shawn M. Stevens was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 5/23/2021. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Stevens was released on his own recognizance to appear in Whitestown Town Court on an upcoming date for the charges of Promotion of Prison Contraband 1st degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree.
