According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on May 29, 2021, at around 0130 hours Deputies were dispatched to 2895 Main Street in Vienna for a reported Domestic in progress. Upon Deputies arriving on scene, an investigation was conducted and it was determined that Devin Simzer, of the same address, was involved in a physical domestic with a female companion. As a result of the domestic Deputies took Simzer into custody and he was charged with Harassment 2nd, a violation. Simzer was transported to the Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Building where he was processed and then lodged at the Oneida County Jail to await arraignment in CAP Court.
