On 5-31-21 the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Marine Patrol Unit received a donation from TowBoatU.S. Oneida Lake/Oneida Lake Marine Group. They donated a new Garmin Transducer to go along with the new electronics package the Sheriff’s has just purchased for Marine 2 stationed on Oneida Lake. The new electronics package includes a chart plotter, navigation radar, and underwater sonar unit. This new transducer will complete the electronics package. The current electronics package is 14 years old and this is a much needed upgrade.
