According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, Road Patrol Deputies responded to an address on Maple Ave in the Village of Remsen on June 4, 2021, for a reported domestic dispute. Subsequent to investigation, Randall L. Owens, 27, was charged with Menacing in the second degree, a class A-Misdemeanor, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth degree, a class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Mischief fourth, a class A-Misdemeanor, and Harassment in the second degree, a violation. Owens was taken into custody and transported to the Oneida County Jail to await arraignment.
