According to the Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, on Sunday, June 6, 2021, at around 1 PM, Deputies responded to the intersection of Sheehan Rd and Schrader Rd in the Town of Annsville for a reported personal injury motorcycle accident.

Upon arrival, Deputies determined that Todd Day (67) of South Carolina, was operating a 2007 Yamaha Motorcycle in an Easterly direction when he subsequently lost control and his bike exited the southern shoulder of Sheehan Rd and struck a nearby guardrail. Day was transported to SUNY Upstate Medical Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries. No traffic citations have been issued at this time.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by Taberg Fire Department and AmCare Ambulance.
