According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, at about 1:55 pm, Vernon woman was arrested for domestic related charges on E. Seneca St., in the Village of Vernon.

Sheriff's Deputies responded to a residence on E. Seneca St., in the Village of Vernon for a reported domestic in progress complaint. Hannah N. Zawislak was taken into custody after investigation revealed that Zawislak had punched and damaged the victim's property during an argument at the residence. Zawislak is being charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, a class A-Misdemeanor. Zawislak was transported to the Law Enforcement Building for processing and held at CAP court pending arraignment.
