Update to Randall Arrest C/Rome
Marcus Randall was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 6/12/2021. Randall was committed to the custody of the Oneida County Correctional Facility with a bail set at $2,500, to appear in Rome City Court on an upcoming date for the charges of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation, Harassment 2nd, and Agg Family Offense.
