According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, the Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Oriskany Falls woman following a domestic incident. On June 14th 2021 at about 7:40 PM the Sheriff’s Office responded to an address on N Main St in the Village of Oriskany Falls for a domestic complaint. During the course of the investigation it was determined that the suspect, Victoria Gagnon age 52, of Oriskany Falls, had struck an adult victim with her hand while the victim was holding a two month old child. Following the investigation, Deputies arrested Gagnon for Harassment 2nd degree a violation, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child a Class A Misdemeanor. Gagnon was transported to the Oneida County Law Enforcement Building for processing. Gagnon was then transported to the Oneida County Correctional Facility to await centralized arraignment on June 15, 2021.
