Update to Gagnon Arrest V/Oriskany Falls

Victoria Gagnon was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 6/15/2021. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Gagnon was released on her own recognizance to appear in Augusta Town Court on an upcoming date for the charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and, Harassment 2nd.
