According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol: On June 15th, 2021, at about 1:10 PM, Road Patrol Deputies responded to a (2) vehicle crash resulting in personal injuries at the intersection of State Route 13 and Lovers Lane in the Town of Camden.

Upon Deputies arrival, it was determined, Christian Sierson (19) of Clinton, New York, was operating a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan Westerly on Route 13 when Christian began to doze off at the wheel. Christian veered out of his lane of travel striking a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, head on, being operated by a 30 year old male from Williamstown, New York. Christian and the other driver were transported from the scene via Camden Ambulance and Camden Fire to Rome Memorial Hospital for non life threatening injuries. Christian was issued (2) citations returnable to the Town of Camden Court at a later date and time.

Deputies were assisted on scene by Camden Fire Department, NYS Police, Camden Collision, and The Shop.
