According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on June 20th, 2021 at approximately 11:45PM, Deputies responded to Signal Dr. in the Town of Marshall for a reported domestic incident. While investigating the incident, it was alleged that David Ostrander, 24, choked and struck the victim several times while in the presence of three children. Ostrander was subsequently arrested for one count of Harassment 2nd, violation; three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, misdemeanor; and one count of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, misdemeanor. Ostrander was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Law Enforcement Building for processing. Ostrander is currently being held at Oneida County Jail pending arraignment.
