According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, On 06/25/2021, at about 12:49 Hrs. 2 females Clarissa Russell of Taberg and Brittany Ransier of Rome were released form the Oneida County Jail and shortly after were found attempting to enter vehicles in the Sheriff's Office employee parking lot. The two females were apprehended by Sheriffs Deputy's and charged with 1 count each of Attempted Petit Larceny. Both Clarissa and Brittany were remanded back to the Oneida County Jail to await arraignment in Central Arraignment Court.
