According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol the Criminal Investigation Unit arrested John DeCarolis, 31 of Eaton NY for Criminal Contempt 1st degree a class E Felony and Menacing 2nd, a class A misdemeanor. The incident occurred in the Town of Paris on Saturday night, June 26th. DeCarolis was committed to the Oneida County Jail on $5000 cash bail and set to appear in court at a later date.
