...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR EAST CENTRAL MADISON AND SOUTHEASTERN ONEIDA COUNTIES...

At 134 PM EDT, Minor flooding remains ongoing in the Waterville and Sangerfield areas. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain has fallen, but the heaviest rainfall has pushed out of the area. Streams and creeks may continue to rise over the next hour due to runoff.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...

New Hartford, Westmoreland, New York Mills, Yorkville, Clinton, Waterville, Bridgewater, Clayville, Clark Mills, Kirkland, Paris, Whitesboro, Hubbard Corners, Chadwicks, Sauquoit, Stockwell and North Brookfield.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
