The Sheriff’s Office was happy to assign several Deputies to Proctor Park in Utica Monday night, to assist the Oneida County Health Department and Central Oneida County Volunteer Ambulance Corps with a Covid-19 Vaccination Pod and also to assist the Utica Police Department with security at the Independence Day festivities, concert, and fireworks.
