According to Sheriff Robert Maciol of the Oneida County Sheriff's Office on July 8, 2021, Route 12 between Red Hill Rd in the Town of Kirkland and Tibbitts Rd in the Town of New Hartford is closed due to flooding issues. The road is impassable to motorists. Please avoid the area per New York State Department of Transportation.
