Update to Sappah Arrest V/Boonville

Nicholas Sappah was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 7/20/2021. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Sappah was released on his own recognizance to appear in Boonville Village Court on an upcoming date for the charges of Criminal Mischief in the 2nd and 4th degree.
