According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, an…
According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, an Annsville man was arrested after he was involved in a physical domestic dispute, which occurred in the Town of Annsville.
Deputies responded to a home in the Town of Annsville, on August 8th, 2021 at approximately 9:04 A.M. after the 911 Center received a call for a physical domestic dispute, where the male had left the scene. After an investigation, Deputies determined the male, identified as William Noviscky (36), was involved in a physical domestic dispute with his sister, which occurred in front of a 7 year old child. William was located a short time later in a shed, located behind the residence. William was taken into custody without incident.
William was charged with Endangering The Welfare Of A Child, a class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a class A misdemeanor, and Harassment in the 2nd degree, a Violation. William was transported to the Oneida County Jail for pre-arraignment detention, awaiting centralized arraignment.
The Oneida County Sheriffs Office was assisted by the NYSP during this incident.
