According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Camden man was arrested after he was involved in a physical domestic dispute, which occurred in the Town of Camden.

Deputies responded to a home in the Town of Camden, on August 16th, 2021 at approximately 7:59 A.M. after the 911 Center received an abandoned call, from a Camden residence. After an investigation, Deputies determined the male, identified as James Mahle (44) was involved in a physical domestic dispute with his girlfriend, violating an active Order of Protection. James was taken into custody without incident.

James was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st degree, a Class E Felony, Menacing in the 3rd degree, a Class B Misdemeanor and Harassment in the 2nd degree, a Violation. James was transported to the Oneida County Jail for pre-arraignment detention, awaiting centralized arraignment.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the NYSP during this incident.
