According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Forestport man was charged after a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Forestport on 08/28/2021. John D. Mazurowski, 49, of Forestport was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor, after it was alleged that he intentionally damaged the victim's vehicle during a domestic dispute. Mazurowski was brought to the Law Enforcement Building in Whitestown where he was processed and then brought to Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Proceedings Court where he was arraigned and released.
