John Decarolis was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 8/28/2021. Decarolis was committed to the custody of the Oneida County Correctional Facility with a bail set at $251, to appear in Paris Town Court on an upcoming date for the charge of Criminal Contempt (2 counts).
