UPDATE to the news release sent on 9/3/21 Death Investigation T/ Whitestown

The Oneida County Sherriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit is still attempting to identify the deceased male that was located along the Mohawk River in the Town of Whitestown on September 3, 2021. Although the Criminal Investigation Unit has received numerous phone calls, they are still encouraging anyone with information that could assist in the identification to contact Investigator C.J. Paravati, 315-271-5411. At this time, the cause and manner of death are still pending. When available, additional details will be released regarding this investigation.
