According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, there is currently a Police presence at the Sunoco gas station on Martin Street, in the City of Rome. At this time the Sheriffs Office is conducting an investigation into a Robbery.

At this time the Sheriff's Office is being assisted by the Rome Police Department and New York State Police.
