Texas Man Arrested for Burglary

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, patrol officers were called to a construction office, that an unknown male was seen entering on Base Road in the Town of Whitestown on 10/26/21 at about 2:30 PM. Patrol Officers were able to locate the male and it was learned that he had stolen items from inside the construction office. The male was taken into custody without incident.

Bryan O. Salazar, 25, of Del Rio Texas was taken into custody and charged with the Burglary in the Third Degree a Class D Felony. Once in custody, it was learned that Salazar was released from Oneida County Centralized Arraignment at Oneida County Jail where he was arraigned on a burglary charge 10 minutes prior to entering the construction office.

Due to New York State Bail Reform Law, Salazar has the following prior charges, was arraigned 3 times in separate court cases in the last 24 hours, and was released without posting bail each time;

10/25/21 - Town of Whitestown

Burglary in the Third Degree - Class D Felony

10/25/21 - City of Oswego

Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree - Class E Felony

10/25/21 - Village of Whitesboro

Burglary in the Third Degree - Class D Felony

Salazar is currently awaiting CAP Court for arraignment on his new charge of Burglary in the Third Degree.
