According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, an Annsville man was arrested after he was involved in a physical domestic dispute, which occurred in the Town of Annsville.

Deputies responded to a home in the Town of Annsville, on November 14th, 2021 at approximately 5:36 pm, after the 911 Center received a call for a physical domestic dispute. After an investigation was completed, Deputies determined the male, identified as Notorious Holmes (30), was involved in a physical domestic dispute with his wife, causing him to violate an active Order of Protection. Notorious was taken into custody without further incident. Notorious was charged with Criminal Contempt 1st Physical Contact, a class E Felony and Harassment 2nd Physical Contact, a Violation. Notorious was transported to the Oneida County Jail for Pre-Arraignment Detention, awaiting Centralized Arraignment.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the NYSP and Amcare Ambulance during this incident.
