According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, at approximately 2:10 A.M. on November 16th, 2021, patrol deputies were dispatched to 5269 E Seneca Street, in the Village of Vernon, for a report of a physical domestic dispute involving a knife. At the conclusion of the deputies investigation, it was determined that, Hannah N. Zawislak (28) of Vernon New York, during a domestic dispute did violate an order of protection during a physical altercation with the victim. Zawislak was taken into custody and transported to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Building without incident for processing regarding the charges of; Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (a class D Felony), Criminal Contempt 1st (a class E Felony), Menacing 2nd (a class A misdemeanor), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (a class A misdemeanor), and Harassment 2nd (a violation). Zawislak was booked at the Law Enforcement Building and then transported to the Oneida County Jail to be held for Centralized Arraignment. Sheriff’s Deputies were assisted by the Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Unit.
