* WHAT...Lake effect snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches. Northwest winds gusting as high as 35 mph Friday afternoon and evening.

* WHERE...Northern Oneida and Southern Oneida County.

* WHEN...From 5 AM Friday to 9 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
