According to Sheriff Robert Maciol, on the 30th of November 2021 at around 2:50 pm Deputies responded to 8683 Mill Pond Way in the Town of Vienna for a reported Public Lewdness complaint. During the investigation, it was reported to deputies that the homeowner of the residence, Robert C Andrews was standing out in his front yard wearing nothing but a jacket and was exposing himself while performing a Lewd act in view of the public eye. The McConnelsville Elementary School was notified of an incident in the area and School busses were diverted from the area. Robert C Andrews was placed under arrest for Public Lewdness and was brought to the Law Enforcement Building for processing. Robert was released on an appearance ticket that is returnable on a later date.
