According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, an Annsville man was arrested after he was involved in a domestic dispute, which occurred in the Town of Lee.

Deputies responded to a home in the Town of Lee, on November 30th, 2021 at approximately 8:55pm, after the 911 Center received a call for a domestic dispute. After an investigation was completed, Deputies determined the male, identified as Robert Smith Jr. was involved in a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend, causing him to violate an active Order of Protection. Robert was located on 12/6/2021 and taken into custody without further incident. Robert was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd Disobeying a Court Order, an A Misdemeanor. Robert was transported to the Oneida County Jail for Pre-Arraignment Detention, awaiting Centralized Arraignment.
