* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 3 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty west winds this evening could cause areas of blowing snow into the overnight period. Winds then diminish to under 10 mph on Tuesday.
