Earlier today, Sheriff Maciol and Undersheriff Lisi were honored to have been invited to attend the ribbon cutting for the grand opening of The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chef's Express Bakery at 241 Genesee St.

The bakery and art gallery provides an inclusive, hands-on learning environment for people with developmental disabilities. This is a great addition to downtown Utica and to the list of the Sheriff’s favorite places to stop!
