According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, there is a police presence in the area of Preston Hill Rd and Elpis Rd in the Town of Vienna. The Sheriff's Office is searching the area for 14 year old Martin Hughes who ran into the woods after getting in an argument with his younger brother. Martin was last seen wearing a camouflage backpack, blue jeans, a black coat, black sneakers and black rimmed glasses. More information will follow.
