* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Northern Oneida, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, Onondaga, Tompkins, Madison, Southern Oneida, Cortland, Chenango, Otsego, Tioga, Broome, Delaware and Sullivan counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 10 PM EST Today.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest snow accumulations are expected across Northern Oneida County where up to 4 inches is possible. Snow changes to mixed precipitation in the late morning through early afternoon from south to north.
